CLAIMS PROCESS

It is important to take note of the claim number, the name of the insurance adjuster, and the date and time of the inspection when communicating with the insurance adjuster. This information should be recorded for future reference.

STEP 5

Please get in touch with Premier Roofing Group and inform us about the scheduled date and time for the insurance inspection.

STEP 6

On the scheduled inspection date, the insurance adjuster will arrive at your property to assess the damage.

We will be present during the inspection to relay our discoveries to the insurance adjuster.

STEP 7

After your insurance company approves the claim, we collaborate with them to verify the accuracy of the scope of work.

STEP 8

Upon completion of the claims process, the insurance company will furnish you with a check containing the repair estimate and the Actual Cash Value, which serves as a copy of the aforementioned documents.

CHECK ENDORSEMENT PROCESS

In case you still owe a mortgage on your home, you'll likely find both your name and that of your mortgage company on the insurance check. Therefore, you must get in touch with your mortgage company to obtain detailed instructions on how to have the insurance check endorsed by them.

It is recommended that you expedite the mailing of the check to your mortgage company. However, please note that the endorsement procedure may take between 7-9 business days to complete from the time you receive the check back from the mortgage company.

STEP 10

The commencement of the roofing project will be arranged for a specific date, and the delivery of the necessary roofing materials will be synchronized to coincide with the designated day for your roof replacement.

STEP 11

We have fulfilled the requirements and obligations set forth by the insurance company according to the agreed-upon terms.

STEP 12

Upon completion of the roofing project, Premier Roofing Group will request the collection of both your deductible check and the Actual Cash Value funds as outlined in the financial summary section of the estimate provided to you.

STEP 13

Upon the project's full completion, Premier Roofing Group will submit an invoice to your insurance company. This invoice will cover the recoverable depreciation as well as any other supplementary funds that may be owed for the work we performed on your behalf.

STEP 14

It is possible that your mortgage company will dispatch a representative to confirm that the work has been finished.

STEP 15

Upon completion of the roof replacement, we will submit our final invoice to the insurance company. Subsequently, you can expect to receive the depreciation check from the insurance company within approximately 2-3 weeks. Once received, Premier Roofing Group will collect the funds from you.
